iShares MSCI All Country Asia ex Japan ETF is an exchange-traded fund that invests at least 80% of its assets in securities that replicate the performance of the MSCI All Country Asia ex Japan Index. The fund tracks a free float-adjusted market capitalization index covering developed and emerging equity markets across 11 Asian countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand. By holding a diversified portfolio of index-constituent securities or economically equivalent investments, the fund provides broad exposure to Asian equity markets while excluding Japan. This approach enables investors to gain regional diversification while maintaining low tracking error relative to the underlying benchmark.
