Victory Sycamore Established Value Fund Class R seeks long-term capital growth primarily through investments in common stocks. Under normal circumstances, the fund allocates at least 80% of its assets to equity securities of mid-cap companies with market capitalizations aligned with the Russell MidCap Value Index at the time of purchase. The fund may also invest a portion of its assets in equity securities of foreign companies traded in the U.S. market, including American Depositary Receipts and Global Depositary Receipts.
