Janus Henderson AAA CLO ETF is designed to provide exposure to collateralized loan obligations through a strategic investment approach. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in AAA-rated CLOs of any maturity at the time of purchase, or in unrated CLOs determined to be of comparable credit quality by the adviser. The remaining portfolio may be allocated to other high-quality CLOs with a minimum A-rating or equivalent unrated securities of comparable credit quality, enabling investors to access diversified exposure within the investment-grade CLO market.
