Grayscale Litecoin Trust (LTC) ) is an investment vehicle. The LTC investment objective is for the shares (based on LTC per share) to reflect the value of the LTC held by the LTC, determined by reference to the index price, less the LTC expenses, and other liabilities. The LTC activities are limited to issuing baskets in exchange for LTC transferred to the LTC as consideration in connection with the creations, transferring or selling LTC, incidental rights and IR virtual currency as necessary to cover the sponsor’s fee and/or any additional trust expenses. LTC also engages in administrative and security procedures necessary to accomplish activities in accordance with the provisions of the trust agreement, the custodian agreement, the license agreements and the participant agreements.
