Pacer Trendpilot US Large Cap ETF is a passively managed fund that invests at least 80% of its assets in securities that track a systematic trend-following strategy. The underlying index uses a rules-based methodology to dynamically allocate exposure among three positions: full allocation to the S&P 500 Index, a 50/50 split between the S&P 500 and 3-month U.S. Treasury bills, or full allocation to Treasury bills. These allocation decisions are determined by comparing the S&P 500's current price to its 200-business day historical moving average, enabling the fund to mechanically shift between equities and cash-like instruments based on market trends.
