Schwab Intermediate-Term U.S. Treasury ETF (SCHR) is an exchange-traded fund that invests at least 90% of its net assets in intermediate-term U.S. Treasury securities. The fund tracks an index of publicly-issued Treasury bonds with remaining maturities between three and ten years, investment-grade ratings, and a minimum outstanding face value of $300 million. All securities held are denominated in U.S. dollars and feature fixed interest rates with no conversion features, providing investors with a diversified portfolio of government debt instruments in the intermediate maturity range.
