Victory Sycamore Established Value Fund Class R6 is an equity investment fund that seeks long-term capital growth by investing primarily in common stocks. Under normal circumstances, the fund allocates at least 80% of its assets to equity securities of mid-capitalization companies with valuations consistent with those in the Russell MidCap® Value Index. The fund may also invest a portion of its assets in foreign equities traded in U.S. markets, including American Depositary Receipts and Global Depositary Receipts, to diversify its portfolio and enhance growth opportunities.
