Vanguard Industrials ETF is an index-tracking fund designed to replicate the performance of the MSCI US Investable Market Index (IMI)/Industrials 25/50. The fund invests substantially all of its assets in a portfolio of large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap U.S. companies classified within the industrials sector according to the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS). By holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the target index, the fund seeks to closely match the index's returns. As a non-diversified fund, it concentrates its holdings within the industrials sector.
