Vanguard Long-Term Corporate Bond ETF (VCLT) is an index-tracking fund designed to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. 10+ Year Corporate Bond Index. The fund invests primarily in investment-grade, fixed-rate corporate bonds denominated in U.S. dollars with maturities exceeding 10 years, issued by industrial, utility, and financial companies based in the United States and abroad. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's assets are allocated to bonds included in the index, providing investors with broad exposure to the long-term corporate bond market.
