The Logistics segment owns and operates terminals, pipelines, trucking operations, and marine facilities that distribute refined products across Hawaiian islands and the mainland, while serving major customers including military installations. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the company was incorporated in 1984 and changed its name to Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. in 2015.
