Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. is an integrated energy and infrastructure company that owns and operates three business segments: Refining, Retail, and Logistics. The Refining segment operates three refineries producing ultra-low sulfur diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, marine fuel, and other refined products primarily serving Hawaii, the Pacific Northwest, Wyoming, and South Dakota. The Retail segment operates 119 fuel retail outlets across Hawaii, Washington, and Idaho under brands including Hele, 76, nomnom, Cenex, and Zip Trip. The Logistics segment owns and operates terminals, pipelines, trucking operations, and marine facilities that distribute refined products across Hawaiian islands and the mainland, while serving major customers including military installations. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the company was incorporated in 1984 and changed its name to Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. in 2015.
