Cosan S.A. is a diversified Brazilian conglomerate founded in 1936 and headquartered in São Paulo, operating across fuel distribution, energy, lubricants, and logistics. Through its Raízen segment, the company distributes Shell-branded fuels via franchised service stations, refines petroleum, produces ethanol and sugar from sugarcane, and generates power from bagasse cogeneration across Brazil, Europe, Latin America, North America, and Asia.
