NuStar Energy L.P. is a midstream energy company engaged in the terminalling, storage, and marketing of petroleum products across the United States and internationally. The company operates three primary business segments: Pipeline, which transports refined products, crude oil, and anhydrous ammonia; Storage, which owns and operates terminal and storage facilities providing handling services for petroleum products, crude oil, specialty chemicals, and renewable fuels, along with marine support services; and Fuels Marketing, which conducts bunkering operations, blending, and petroleum product trading. As of December 31, 2021, NuStar operated approximately 8,000 miles of pipelines, 29 terminal and storage facilities with 44.2 million barrels of storage capacity, and maintained a significant infrastructure network across Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Minnesota. Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, the company was incorporated in 1999.
