The JPMorgan Large Cap Value Fund Class R6 seeks capital appreciation with a secondary objective of generating current income through equity investments. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of large-cap companies, including common stocks and convertible debt and preferred stocks. Large-cap companies are defined as those with market capitalizations comparable to constituents of the Russell 1000® Value Index at the time of purchase. This approach allows the fund to focus on value-oriented opportunities within the largest publicly traded companies while maintaining a diversified portfolio structure.
